All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Federal law requires that only the portion of a gift in excess of the fair-market value of goods and services received may be deducted as a charitable contribution for Federal Income Tax purposes, subject to other provisions of the law. The Fair Trade Chamber Music Society has made a good faith effort, as required by law, to determine the fair-market value of the benefits at various membership levels.
